About the Role

Skilled QS needed to manage surveying responsibilities for road and infrastructure projects at the Kandy head office, including BOQ preparation, valuations, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities
Conduct interim valuations and estimations
Manage final accounts
Calculate price fluctuations and escalations

Requirements

NCT / HND / NDT or Degree in Quantity Surveying
3+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
