Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role

Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and organisational development for a growing marketing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Maintain HR records and HRIS systems
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure legal compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years proven HR management experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
