About the Role

Lead design phases from conceptual through detail stages, conduct feasibility studies, develop mathematical and simulation models, and perform finite element analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and lead design phases from conceptual through detail stages
• Develop mathematical and simulation models
• Perform finite element analysis
• Create technical documentation
• Support hydraulic and pneumatic circuit design
• Mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Strong expertise in CAD tools is mandatory
• SolidWorks experience preferred
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system design background
• Fluent English and Sinhala communication skills
