- Partner with business leaders on people strategies

- Represent organization at Labour Tribunals and audits
- Lead and mentor HR team
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 10 years hands-on HR experience
- Minimum 2 years team management experience
- Financial services industry background advantageous
