About the Role
Manage administrative operations, facilities oversight, and HR coordination to support workplace efficiency and employee engagement across head office and retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administration and office operations
- Manage documentation and records
- Coordinate meetings and visitor management
- Oversee office facilities including maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and utilities
- Process administrative payments
- Support HR initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1 year prior experience in administration or facilities management
- Bilingual: English and Sinhala
- Ability to work under pressure
