About the Role

Contract pawning associate at Commercial Bank of Ceylon to handle gold valuation, pawning transactions, and customer service at island-wide branches.

Responsibilities

• Handle pawning transactions including receipt, valuation and release of items
• Accurately input transaction details into computer systems
• Ensure safekeeping and documentation of pawned goods
• Provide professional customer service
• Strictly adhere to anti-money laundering regulations
• Contribute to achieving the bank's pawning targets

Requirements

• Must be under 35 years old
• G.C.E. O/L passed with English and Mathematics
• 2 years experience in pawning services and gold valuation
• Banking or financial services background preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
