Senior Demand Planner

About the Role

Victoria's Secret & Co. (Colombo) is hiring a Senior Demand Planner on an 8-month contract to manage vendor capacity planning, order allocations, and global sourcing calendar coordination for intimate apparel supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Generate harmonized projection variance reports regularly
• Prepare vendor capacity assessments and coordinate management adjustments
• Administer vendor capacity distribution per agreed timelines
• Allocate orders across vendors and mills following allocation frameworks
• Support vendor inquiries within committed timeframes
• Investigate lead time reduction opportunities
• Monitor calendar revisions and vendor communication
• Execute order allocations aligned with global sourcing strategy

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, or similar field
• 5+ years' experience in the apparel industry, including 3 years in Production Planning
• Fast React or similar planning system experience (advantageous)
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
