Head of Quality & Production - Intimate Apparel

About the Role

Bodily (US intimate apparel brand) is hiring a senior Quality Manager based in Sri Lanka on a hybrid contract to oversee on-site factory quality during production and liaise with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site quality authority during production runs at Sri Lankan factories
• Conduct post-production inspections and produce photo-documented quality reports
• Review tech packs and recommend manufacturability improvements
• Identify root causes of recurring defects
• Maintain PO data and coordinate communication between the US team and local factories
• Track production status and flag delays proactively

Requirements

• 10-15 years hands-on experience in intimate apparel production and quality management
• Deep technical expertise in stitch types, thread tension, elastic attachment, and lingerie construction
• Proven senior-level role as Quality Manager, Head of Quality, or Production Manager
• Based in Sri Lanka with reliable on-site factory access
• Excellent written English for US team communication
