About the Role

Drive new client acquisition and grow Commercial Bank's agriculture and microfinance lending portfolio on a fixed-term contract basis across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new agriculture and microfinance clients
• Assess agricultural loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness
• Conduct field visits to farming and microfinance clients
• Achieve monthly business development targets for the agriculture segment

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Understanding of agricultural lending and microfinance practices
• Willingness to work in field and outstation locations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
