Field-based fixed-term role promoting Commercial Bank's leasing products and acquiring new customers across Colombo and surrounding districts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective leasing customers through field visits
- Promote leasing services with value-driven propositions
- Build long-term business relationships for repeat sales
- Meet or exceed individual sales performance targets
Requirements
- Age 20-27 years
- GCE Ordinary Level with credits in English and Mathematics
- Minimum 2 years experience in leasing, sales, or marketing
- Banking or NBFI sector experience preferred
