About the Role

Six-month extendable contract lecturer role at OUSL Colombo Regional Centre in the Department of Textile and Apparel Technology, teaching Apparel Production and Management to distance learners. Salary LKR 70,000/month. Closing July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and tutorials in Apparel Production and Management to distance learners
Develop and update course study materials and student guides
Conduct assessments and examinations, provide student feedback
Support departmental academic and administrative activities
Liaise with industry stakeholders where relevant to course delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's Honours Degree in Apparel Production and Management (First Class, Second Class Upper, or Second Class Lower Division)
Strong written and spoken English proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Collaborative teamwork abilities with strong interpersonal skills
