About the Role

Contract lecturing position at OUSL's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, responsible for teaching, tutoring and assessing students in Organizational Studies and related management disciplines. Closing date: 20 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessment sessions in Organizational Studies
• Develop and update course content and academic materials
• Guide and mentor undergraduate students
• Contribute to departmental research and quality assurance activities

Requirements

• Relevant postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Organizational Studies, Management, or closely related field
• Teaching or research experience in a relevant academic discipline
