About the Role

Temporary academic position in the Department of Political Science at University of Sri Jayewardenepura to support undergraduate teaching in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Teach Political Science modules to undergraduate students
• Prepare and deliver lectures and tutorials
• Assess student work including assignments, essays and examinations
• Participate in departmental academic activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (First or Second Class Upper Honours) in Political Science or a related Social Sciences field
• Postgraduate studies or research in Political Science an advantage
• Sri Lankan citizenship
