About the Role
Manage building construction and infrastructure maintenance projects at Ansell's Seeduwa manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Manage design, development, and maintenance of construction projects
- Oversee site investigations and technical feasibility studies
- Monitor budgets and coordinate equipment procurement
- Lead and mentor civil engineering teams
- Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or NDT
- 5+ years in building construction and maintenance
- 10 years total experience
- Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt certification preferred
