Drive brand projects and marketing activities for Unilever Food Solutions Sri Lanka, monitoring sales performance, guiding field teams, and supporting product development and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and marketing strategy execution
• Monitor sales performance and order fulfillment
• Guide and coordinate key field teams
• Analyze market trends and gather consumer insights
• Track activity performance and provide management feedback

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (FMCG preferred)
