Responsibilities

• Develop patterns from design sketches, samples, and technical specifications
• Create, modify, and grade patterns for different sizes
• Stitch high-quality garment samples
• Adjust patterns based on fitting feedback

Requirements

• Experience in pattern making, garment sewing, or both
• Good understanding of garment construction and fabric handling
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
