About the Role
6-month renewable contract data engineering role at a Colombo tech firm, building Tableau dashboards and ETL data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows
- Transform, integrate and model data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau to deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with business and data teams to support data-driven decisions
Requirements
- 1-2 years in data engineering or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and relational database experience
- ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development experience
- Hands-on Tableau experience (dashboards, reports, data blends)
- Data modeling and data warehousing concepts understanding
