Research Assistant – Agriculture

About the Role

Support a 36-month SLCARP/NARP funded research project titled 'Smart Climate-Resilient Farming Model' by conducting field surveys, data collection and laboratory activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys and data collection for the climate-resilient farming project
• Assist in designing and implementing agronomic experiments
• Compile, enter and analyse research data
• Prepare progress reports and contribute to publications
• Coordinate with project investigators and team members

Requirements

• BSc in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science or related field
• Ability to work in field conditions
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
