About the Role
University of Ruhuna is recruiting a Research Assistant to support a smart climate-resilient farming research project on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data collection and field experiments
- Support research on climate-resilient farming techniques
- Analyze agricultural data and prepare research reports
- Coordinate with research team and academic supervisors
- Document research findings and contribute to publications
Requirements
- BSc in Agriculture, Botany, or related discipline
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years research experience
- Interest in climate-smart agriculture and sustainability
- Good English writing skills
- Ability to work in the field
