Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Bakery Shop
• Manage daily bread and baked goods production
• Perform quality assurance of all baked items
• Reduce waste and maintain health and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of baking experience in upscale hospitality
• Cruise ship experience preferred
• Knowledge of US Public Health regulations
