About the Role

One-year fixed-term contract to implement a new HRIS platform: running requirements workshops, building test plans, performing UAT, and monitoring data integrity across HR, IT, and vendor teams. Posted June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops for HR system requirements analysis
• Develop and execute test plans for system validation
• Monitor HRIS performance and data integrity post-go-live
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams throughout implementation

Requirements

• Proven HRIS or enterprise system implementation experience
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
• Strong HR process knowledge
• Analytical skills and data proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
