About the Role

Seeking dedicated chefs at three levels for kitchen roles in a dynamic café environment in Borella, from entry-level to junior senior positions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mise-en-place and food preparation
• Maintain quality and presentation standards
• Support portion control and cost efficiency
• Assist senior chefs in daily operations
• Perform basic food preparation tasks

Requirements

• Recognized culinary qualification or hotel school training
• Relevant experience based on applied level
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for cooking and continuous learning
