About the Role

Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for Pragathi Civil Construction's Kandy head office, focusing on road and infrastructure project cost management including BOQ preparation, valuations, and price fluctuation calculations.

Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities for road and infrastructure projects
Conduct interim valuations
Prepare final accounts
Calculate price fluctuation and escalation

Requirements

NCT / HND / NDT or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure projects
