About the Role

An entry-level role at MA Cafe Borella, perfect for individuals passionate about coffee and hospitality who want to learn specialty coffee making while delivering warm, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Support senior baristas in preparing espresso-based drinks and beverages
• Learn espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques
• Assist with food prep, serving, and café operations
• Deliver customer service and take orders
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards

Requirements

• No prior barista experience needed
• Strong interest in coffee and hospitality
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Good communication skills (English and Sinhala/Tamil preferred)
