About the Role
Lead B2B technical sales for commercial kitchen projects, managing complex sales cycles from prospect identification through contract negotiation and handover.
Responsibilities
- Identify commercial kitchen projects and manage complex B2B sales cycles
- Prepare proposals and conduct technical presentations
- Negotiate contracts and maintain CRM systems
- Serve as primary client contact during pre-award phases
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements
- 8-10 years B2B technical/project sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Complex sales cycle management expertise
- Strong English communication and proposal writing
- Negotiation and deal-closing capability
