About the Role
Lead retail sales and operations for Mc Currie branded products, managing showroom teams and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail sales and operations
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets for retail channels
- Supervise showroom staff and ensure high service standards
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment
- Analyse sales data and prepare management reports
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in retail sales or operations
- Experience in FMCG or food industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
