About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cafe operations and staff schedules
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Drive revenue through promotions and upselling initiatives
- Prepare daily sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, F&B, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in cafe or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
