About the Role
Lead distribution and logistics operations for LAUGFS Supermarket, optimising supply chain, delivery schedules, and warehouse functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimise distribution routes and delivery schedules
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers
- Monitor inventory levels across distribution network
- Ensure timely product replenishment to all outlets
- Analyse logistics costs and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years experience in distribution/logistics management
- Experience in FMCG or retail sector preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP or WMS systems
