About the Role
Support operational excellence at MAS Holdings' Hanwella facility, coordinating production logistics, inventory, and cross-functional processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational workflows between production, logistics, and procurement
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage inventory and ensure timely material availability
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers as required
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management
- 3-5 years experience in operations or supply chain within manufacturing
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
