About the Role

Operate the cafe and deliver outstanding beverage and food service during company events and daily operations at Neon Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and pancakes
• Manage cafe operations during company events with focus on guest satisfaction
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
• Control inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash register and digital orders
• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Requirements

• Prior experience as a cafe operator or barista with knowledge of brewing techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Age under 35 years
• Basic computer literacy
