About the Role
Manage F&B and hotel supplies inventory at CLIO Grand in Ganemulla, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue F&B and hotel supplies
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical counts
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and purchasing teams
- Minimise waste and monitor expiry of perishable items
- Prepare inventory reports for management
Requirements
- GCE A/L or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel storekeeping preferred
- Good computer skills (MS Excel)
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a hotel environment
