About the Role
Manage branch operations, sales teams, and customer service at Ariyawansa Jewellers' Kiribathgoda showroom.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all branch sales operations and staff performance
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Maintain jewellery inventory and ensure security procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations
- Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliation reports
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in retail management, preferably jewellery
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and attention to detail with high-value goods
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
