About the Role
Support business development activities at SF Logistics Lanka, identifying new clients and assisting in proposals and client management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new customers in logistics and freight sectors
- Assist in preparation of quotations and service proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Support senior BD team in client meetings and presentations
- Conduct market research on freight and logistics trends
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Business, or Marketing
- 1-2 years experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding or logistics
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
