About the Role
Provide L1/L2 IT support for networks, servers, desktops, VoIP, and MS365 for a US healthcare BPO operating from Colombo on night shift.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of user-reported issues and drive them to resolution
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT-related problems
- Provide technical support for networks, servers, desktops, VoIP, and MS365
- Perform system administration tasks including installation and configuration
- Implement standards for application support and infrastructure management
Requirements
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science
- 3 years proven IT support experience
- Microsoft certification (preferred)
- Availability for US calendar hours (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM SLT)
