About the Role
Senior operations manager role overseeing client accounts in healthcare revenue cycle management, managing KPIs and stakeholder relationships on US hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts efficiently and meet performance targets
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Build professional relationships with clients and team members
- Oversee client onboarding transitions
- Monitor and exceed KPI benchmarks
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management role
- Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for U.S. hours (7 PM – 4 AM SLT)
