About the Role

Senior operations manager role overseeing client accounts in healthcare revenue cycle management, managing KPIs and stakeholder relationships on US hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts efficiently and meet performance targets
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Build professional relationships with clients and team members
• Oversee client onboarding transitions
• Monitor and exceed KPI benchmarks

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management role
• Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for U.S. hours (7 PM – 4 AM SLT)
