Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics (Night Shift)

About the Role

Support reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence for a healthcare BPO, training analytics team members and improving processes on US hours.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and business case development
• Execute data gathering, review, and analysis strategies
• Improve and optimize existing processes
• Train analytics team members
• Maintain service quality and system availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work US hours (night shift)
• Partial CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred
