About the Role

Field-based IT technician role maintaining and repairing hardware across Abans Group's extensive network of retail and commercial locations in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Field-based IT equipment repair and support services
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops and tablets
• Provide technical support across multiple locations

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent IT qualification
• Minimum 1 year in similar role
• IT hardware, software, and networking knowledge
• Troubleshooting and repair capabilities
• Must own a motorbike (fuel reimbursement provided)
