About the Role

Drive digital banking product development and customer adoption at SDB Bank, working on mobile and internet banking platforms and fintech partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of digital banking products
• Monitor digital channel performance and customer adoption
• Coordinate with IT and product teams on feature rollouts
• Analyse market trends and competitor digital offerings
• Manage relationships with fintech and third-party providers

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, IT, or Business
• Minimum 3 years experience in digital banking or fintech
• Knowledge of mobile and internet banking platforms
• Strong analytical and project management skills
