About the Role

Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications, coordinate with sample room and production teams, and support sample development at Lyceum Global.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications
• Interpret technical sketches and design sheets
• Coordinate with sample room and production teams
• Ensure accurate fitting and size grading
• Support sample development and pre-production processes
• Identify and resolve pattern/fit issues
• Maintain technical files and documentation

Requirements

• Experience in garment pattern making & technical coordination
• CAD pattern systems knowledge (advantageous)
• Strong understanding of garment construction & fitting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum 3 years experience
