About the Role

Support pre-production activities, achieve efficiency and productivity targets, perform SAH calculations, and guide IE Officers at Brandix Rideegama.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-production activities and meet targeted Production Start Date
• Achieve efficiency and productivity targets; manage daily IE activities
• Perform accurate SAH and efficiency calculations
• Guide and supervise IE Officers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Clothing Technology with GSD License
• 3-5+ years in Industrial Engineering
• Hanger Line/Unit Production System (UPS) management experience preferred
