Area Technician – Tractors & Agricultural Machinery

About the Role

Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for agricultural equipment, identify faults, perform repairs, and educate customers on machinery usage across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for agricultural equipment
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
• Perform equipment repairs and refurbishment
• Handle installation and assembly operations
• Educate customers on machinery usage and maintenance protocols
• Prepare service reports following field visits

Requirements

• Technical certification related to agricultural machinery
• NVQ Level 4/5 qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
