About the Role

Attract candidates for Colombo and outstation positions, handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and manage bulk recruitment for Avant Electricals PLC.

Responsibilities

• Attract suitable candidates for relevant positions from Colombo and outstation locations
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Guide candidates to relevant locations to fill vacancies
• Manage bulk recruitment within defined timelines

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in HRM or related field
• 1-3 years recruitment experience
• Valid riding license with own motorcycle (mandatory)
• Sales & Marketing experience preferred
• Technical hiring experience preferred
