About the Role
Bridge business needs and technical solutions, supporting project delivery across cross-functional teams at a growing FinTech company.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement sessions
- Analyze and improve business processes
- Support solution design, UAT, and change management
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Agile/Scrum and SDLC familiarity
- Proficiency in MS Office; Jira/Confluence experience preferred
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
