About the Role
Deliver exceptional technical support within a dynamic FinTech environment, handling customer issues across L1 and L2 tiers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level troubleshooting and resolution via multiple channels
- Diagnose application and API integration problems
- Provide step-by-step user guidance with remote assistance
- Create knowledge base documentation
- Monitor systems for performance issues
- Document incidents per support procedures
Requirements
- Understanding of IT systems and SaaS solutions
- API knowledge (endpoints, HTTP methods, JSON/XML)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, cURL)
- Fluent English communication
- Ability to work shift-based schedules
- Bachelor's degree is advantageous
