About the Role

Senior escalation and mentoring role managing enterprise Microsoft 365 and Active Directory for a US-based legal industry client.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for complex L1/L2 technical issues
Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory systems
Manage email security and user access
Support legal industry applications at advanced level
Mentor junior engineers with technical guidance
Handle SLA reporting and incident reviews

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 1 year IT administration or technical support experience
Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge
L2/escalation environment experience
Excellent English communication skills
BPO, MSP, or client-facing IT role experience preferred
