Executive – Marketing Communications

About the Role

Manage social media presence, develop engaging content, maintain website, and support digital marketing campaigns for a leading securities firm in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media presence across platforms with content creation, publishing and performance monitoring
• Develop engaging materials including social media posts, flyers, TikToks, short videos, articles, and marketing collateral
• Maintain and optimize company website
• Support digital marketing campaigns with analytics tracking
• Draft press releases and corporate announcements
• Coordinate branding initiatives
• Develop internal communications and employee engagement programs

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Sinhala
• Design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
