About the Role
Serve as a strategic HR partner to the Colombo management team. Design and execute HR initiatives on talent management and employee engagement for a leading e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic partner to the Colombo-based management team
- Design and execute HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to managers and employees
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for local hiring needs
- Align global HR programmes with local Sri Lankan context
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 4+ years progressive HR experience in business partnering roles
- Deep understanding of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to analyse HR metrics for data-driven decisions
