About the Role
Process payroll, manage leave records, coordinate travel arrangements, and support recruitment for a multi-country MEP solutions company. 2-5 years HR experience required.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll while monitoring and maintaining leave records and time attendance
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including air ticketing and local/overseas travel planning
- Handle work permits and visa processing
- Support recruitment activities and employee welfare initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Fully or partially qualified in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
