About the Role
Support employee lifecycle management, maintain HR records, coordinate facilities, and prepare HR reports for a global logistics company in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with compliance requirements and statutory documentation
- Coordinate office administration and facilities management
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Prepare HR reports and management dashboards
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional HR certification preferred
- 1-2 years HR operations and/or administrative experience
- Proficient English communication
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
