About the Role

Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings for building construction projects. Revise drawings per site conditions and coordinate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings
• Revise drawings per site conditions and consultant feedback
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and drawing revisions
• Support project execution with timely drafting deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in MEP drafting within building construction projects
• Diploma or Certificate in Draftsmanship or related engineering field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software
• Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical)
• Ability to prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings
